The Association of African Universities (AAU) is the apex body representing higher education institutions across the African continent, with a membership of over 400 universities spanning more than 45 countries. GIE-Ed's partnership with the AAU positions our institutional development, faculty capacity, and quality assurance work within the broader pan-African higher education agenda — enabling us to reach, support, and collaborate with universities at scale across the continent.

The American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) is a partner institution of GIE-Ed, committed to delivering a world-class, internationally oriented higher education experience in Bangladesh and the wider South Asian region. GIE-Ed's collaboration with AIUB supports institutional development, faculty capacity building, and the strengthening of academic quality systems aligned with international standards.

CSR Accreditation is a UK-based accreditation scheme that helps organisations formalise and publicly demonstrate their commitment to sustainability, ESG practices, and the SDGs. GIE-Ed's partnership with CSR Accreditation reflects our institutional commitment to operating as a responsible, transparent, and sustainability-aligned organisation.

More Fire PR is a UK-based strategic communications consultancy specialising in media relations and reputation management across education, science, and business sectors. GIE-Ed works with More Fire PR to build institutional visibility and communicate our work to policy, academic, and development audiences.

Minsky Academy is a forward-thinking UK academy combining cutting-edge programmes in AI, cybersecurity, and digital forensics with a hybrid learning model. GIE-Ed's partnership with Minsky Academy supports our Digital Innovation & Future Learning programme strand and strengthens our capacity to deliver technology-focused professional development.

GIE-Ed engages with the Council for Higher Education Accreditation's International Quality Group (CHEA-CIQG) to ensure alignment with global quality assurance best practices and compacts. This engagement informs our accreditation readiness work and positions GIE-Ed within international conversations on quality standards.

GIE-Ed is aligned with UNESCO's Greening Education Partnership — integrating sustainability and environmental stewardship into higher education through curricula, institutional policy, and academic culture. This partnership underpins our SDG 13 commitments and informs our curriculum design support for partner institutions.

GIE-Ed benchmarks its programme standards and institutional effectiveness frameworks against the quality criteria used by QS World University Rankings — ensuring that our institutional partners are developing in directions aligned with leading global measures of academic quality, graduate employability, and research output.

GIE-Ed designs its institutional capacity programmes in alignment with the quality dimensions recognised by Times Higher Education — including teaching excellence, international outlook, knowledge transfer, and industry engagement. We use THE's evidence-based frameworks to inform how we support institutions in building their global standing.
